This hotel was absolutely amazing! Huge thanks to Jose and Sharron for their outstanding service. They were both incredibly patient and thoughtful, and truly helped us with every issue we faced. As a 10-year Titanium Elite member, I can confidently say that Jose is the most genuine, warm, and welcoming Marriott staff member I’ve ever met. He treats every guest with sincerity and heartfelt hospitality — truly outstanding. Sharron was also very friendly and professional. We really appreciated her help. The entire front desk team was fantastic and made our stay especially pleasant and memorable. Highly recommended!

Stayed with my family for one night. Checking was typical easy Marriott style. We lounged by the outdoor gas fire for a bit with the kids then went to the room which was large and comfortable for the 5 of us. The highlight was the morning breaky that the staff worked hard on to keep everything replenished and clean. Food selection was awesome and the staff helped people out with the waffle maker and ensured everyone was getting what they needed.

This is a newly opened Marriott hotel (2025) with clean, modern rooms and stunning views (at the right season). They also offer a complimentary breakfast with a decent food selection.

Best group sales contact - if you are looking for a room block, Jose is the most efficient, responsive and helpful group sales I’ve worked with. Responses are immediate and Jose is very easy to work with and communicative. Hotel is very new.

My brother recommended this hotel for a staycation for our family. We found that the rate is cheaper here than Victoria Marriott Inner Harbour. Besides the hotel is quite new so it’s a perfect hotel for the staycation. Bedroom was clean and tidy. There was no bathtub, but only had a shower stall. So no need to bring bath bomb or bath melts. This hotel in particular has kitchen and microwave along with cooking tools in some of the rooms. We got to smell someone cooking fish in their rooms. We got to see highway as an outside view it was okay. Timmy is only a minute walk. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and patio area was beautiful. You can also cook BBQ by the patio tables. It’ll be fun if you go swimming and then do BBQ afterwards on a summer day! The shower booth was located next to the pool. I felt so cold outside so I changed and got dressed in the washroom instead. We had a great stay. We were only able to watch Youtube since cable TV had a connection problem. Gym was nice and clean. Treadmills, bike machines and everything else were new. Free breakfast option was wonderful. We had waffles, muffins, fruits, omelettes, yogurt and some bacon. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Incredible stay. Front desk was easy to deal with, professional and accommodating. Rooms were immaculately cleaned (not even a single smudge on the shower glass) and being that it’s a new hotel, everything was in perfect condition. Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast, and even with all of our kids it was an easy process. Shoutout to Monica in the breakfast area. Whatever she gets paid isn’t enough, guaranteed. I would have thought she owned the place simply because of how nice and helpful she was, interacting with our kids and helping them get breakfast and drinks. #1 hotel in Chilliwack by far. It’ll be our go to every time we visit family in the future.

This hotel is so nice. it’s fancier then downtown high end vancouver hotels. The staff is so nice and they have games and good size outdoor swimming pool and a large hot tub. Rooms are so clean and breakfast is amazing and lounge is so fancy. Nice kitchens only downside is no oven but can’t have everything that’s the only thing it was missing but other than that I would stay a there again. Right off the highway. They have Tim Hortons beside it and a 24/7 gas station convenience store. They have liquid body soap and conditioner and shampoo. Smart tv

Absolutely loved my time there. Was sad to see that the Best Western I grew up around was gone, though. Pricing was great, and competitively lower than other hotels in the area. They had a king suite available they put me in for an incredibly nice price, which was substantially lower than the price The Coast was offering for just a double bed room. Not to mention, the staff were so nice, friendly and welcoming; the staff I interacted with at the other above mentioned hotel were incredibly rude and unprofessional. My only complaint is the location. When visiting friends and family in Chilliwack, I prefer to be in a more central location. That's why The Coast was my original first best choice, but I'll never stay there again.
